One dealer will ripp me off at any given opportunity, I even find it funny. There is another shop run by two youngs they are not greedy but are not much experienced with these bikes (they mainly work with pizza delivery bikes). But this way I can get familiar with what im riding on and look at the details. And its fun, I find the motorbikes world great.

Do you have a service manual for your bike yet? If not, it would be a very good investment. The Clymer manual indicates that you will probably need an impact wrench to remove the Allen bolt at the bottom of the slider. If you remove or replace the bushing, it requires a special tool.

Hope this helps.

Don't see any "special" tools you'll need. But in looking at the procedure in the Honda manual, I would suggest getting some sort of manual.

Word of caution though! The cap nut is under spring tension, so don't let that thing fly off and get you!!!
