Hello, So I have been battling my '82 CM250C for some time now.
I have a knocking that is not the valves I have found out.
So I have had repair quoted, looked into doing it myself, and have found that instead of cracking the whole thing open, I jsut need to buy a motor and swap it out.
I am limited to about $200 and NEED to ride it this spring and summer.
So I am looking for a replacement motor from someone, but I think I found something in IL for a great price and they will pay for the ship of my core unit after.
All I can find for a Chilton/Hanyns manual is like $40. And there is nothing at any library around for miles. So I need some help with this project swap-out. Maybe a few scanned pages from someone would be amazing....
So... Yea! please help this moto-head scratch his itch!
