CMX450 carbs
A lot of useful info on the 250's carbs, but has anybody got the same info on the 450's carbs? Dissasembly, reassembly, shimming, re-jetting etc.?
Thanks in advance!

Don't have a 450, so can't be much help to you. Maybe others will chime in. Unless you are changing out the stock air filter you probably don't need to rejet. Exhaust changes may require needle adjustments/shimming. Many times, getting the right combination is a matter of trial and error.
A service manual should have the carb disassembly with pictures.

And that's a problem: haven't got one, nor has the seller of the bike.... Can it be downloaded somewhere over here? Or is this not such a nice question?

Thanks, but I'll search the internet first to see if I can get my hands on a digital version of it. Hey, I'm Dutch and you might know what they say about us .
