Carb Removal

I was not able to take the carb off from the bike. I removed both the clamps on the front and rear hoses of the carb. From rear hose it came out. Form the front hose, its not coming out. Can anyone tell me the exact procedure to take the carb out. If the hoses break, can we replace them? Please reply me as soon as possible.

I assume by this point you have removed the throttle cables and disconnected the fuel lines? If so I removed mine by turning the side facing the air box out first (towards me) and then firmly but carefully pulling the side facing the engine out. It is a snug fit but that's what you want in this particular case.

If you think getting it out is hard wait until you are trying to put it back in.

I removed all the pipes. My question is, rear side hose came out. What about the front hose. Do I need to pull the carb from the front hose. I tried pulling, but no luck. its rotating but, its not coming out.

Yeah that thing is pretty stout. Plus with it being an 86 (like mine) it most likely has a little varnish build up around the neck of the carb. Just spray a little penetrating oil or WD-40 around the neck of the carb and keep working at it. It will come out, I promise. Make sure to take the choke cable out of the top left side of the carb. That will only add to the difficulty of getting it out.
