I believe that would be a VN900LT that you've been breaking in. Not a 'big bike' (but only by today's apparent standards) and still flickable, but I find it quite different from the very nimble Rebel.

Not much here. Wanted to do a solo ride to AZ, but that hasn't materialized.

Both bikes currently inoperable and the weather is beautiful. Has the snow melted up there?

Nice to hear from you, and glad to hear that things are still working out fine with the new bike. My "big" bike for now is an '02 Vulcan 750, and I don't foresee replacing that anytime soon, as long as I can keep it running. It should easily have another 50,000 miles in it, barring any catastrophic engine failure. I am pretty much determined that my next bike will be an older (late '80s to mid '90s) Harley Electra Glide with the EVO engine and a carburetor. I want something I can work on. Jerry.

Yep no snow actually we have had some amazing weather, here is Southern Ontario...We had a very mild winter so I fear that the farmers will be screaming in July. Flitecontrol I am sorry to hear that you are not on two wheels yet this season. Am planning a few rides and trips. One is a ride for our local Hospice, since the Hospice is not government funded (and we like it that way) it is run on donations and does a wonderful job. Also May 7th is International Womens Riding day. I have booked off work and will be riding with 8 of my fellow woman riders for the day (fingers crossed for a nice day) also in July will be doing a two week run to Quebec City and the sourounding areas lots of nice curvy roads to ride. Would like to plan more, but I need to work to pay off my Husbands New bike. He just traded an 2008 Triumph Speedmaster for a 2010 Triumph Thunderbird. I guess he did not like the idea that his wife had a bigger bike than he did Ha. Well you know what they say aint no u-haul behind a hearse. LOL

You are correct socalmarcus, I miss my Rebel very much, ohh don't get me wrong I love the Vulcan, but sometimes I just want to zip around on the Rebel. The Rebel really holds its value I got 200.00 more thank I paid for the trade in on the Vulcan. (Hubby traded it in not me) And yes it is what they call a mid size bike..Hope you get things together for your ride to AZ.
