Rebel Down! Where's the oil leaking from?

Whats up guys? I got a rebel for free from my great uncle but I'm mainly a crotch rocket guy so I just use this to teach my friends on - anyway my friend went down on it making a left turn at like 5 mph and now oils leaking from it - all I can tell is that it looks like its coming from the top end somewhere - anyone know where it might be coming from?

any help is appreciated thanks a lot - i already fixed the broken turn signal and mirror and just need to figure this out to get it back on the road - i haven't had time to really take it apart to look into it cause of work but will when i have time

Check your valve cover bolts. Those are the two on top. They just hold the cover on a rubber gasket. If that got knocked loose then you'd have soem oil leaking there. Otherwise it's hard to say what else may have happened to cause it to leak.

Ok so basically I just opened it up and its all coming through the air filter - I have pics that I can upload but it seems where air is supposed to be coming through once it warms up oil just starts pouring out of it - any more help is appreciated - and fixing the search on this website would be nice too

edit - just searched a bit more - is it as simple as cleaning the "puke" tube?

OK, check your crankcase drain line (what we call the 'puke' tube) If that or the seperator (the box the crankcase breather tube is connected to and the air box) is plugged and you have too much oil in the crankcase you'll get oil blow out. Check your oil level with the bike standing straight up and the dipstick not screwed in. It should read between the hashed lines.

Oil was still leaking when the bike was low on oil - oil seems to spurt out of the crankcase from here:

That hose is the crankcase breather. Just curious, have you checked the hose for cracking. Yours is an older bike. Also, the breather has a drain tube which leads to the ground. Honda has put a plug on it, but your supposed to drain it once in a while. I do it during oil changes.
