I get about 77mpg, with a passenger it drops to 66mpg.

One thing to consider is the volitility of the gas sold where you are located. In Michigan our gas isn't as volitile as other states; so I get worse here than when I hit the border. It's an EPA thing. Has something to due with our lakes, they (EPA) require us to use less volitile fuel.

I don't fully understand it; although this is what is being taught at our local college.
