New 450 owner

Hello,

Any one with advice on how to strip the clear coat on my engine covers?
Never done it before.

It's wrecked

Aircraft striper available at the auto parts store. Spray it on and let it sit, wash off and polish.

Don't get it on the paint. Unless you don't want paint there.

And you need striping gloves!!!!!! i used regular latex gloves the first time it ate right threw them.

are these standard issue with strippers? It's just that I've never seen any wearing anything resembling gloves, or much of anything for that matter...
