The manuals are copyrighted. Although some sites offer free downloads, they have not obtained permission from the copyright holder to do so. Basically, they are pirate copies. Posting links to pirate sites here on the forum could place the forum administrator in a financially liable position. Therefore, we cannot allow links to such sites to be posted. Hope you understand.

What year is your bike and most of the time you can find the manuals for a reasonable price on ebay.

I totally agree with flitecontrol from a legal viewpoint, such information cannot be posted here. But I encourage you to look for it, also look on ebay for used manuals, or manuals on CD. Most of these are pirate copies, but are priced within reason, unlike Honda's manuals.
Honda guards their stuff better than the CIA, but it is out there. Honda is the only Japanese manufacturer to guard their stuff to that degree. I was able to download manuals for my 2 Kawasaki motorcycles, my Yamaha scooter, and my Yamaha motorcycle, all from bike specific forums. Free. And legally. Honda is the one brand that will not allow this. I personally wouldn't pay Honda a penny if I had a choice, I refuse to do business with their dealers, but I do buy oem Honda parts online, and unfortunately, some of that money gets back to Honda. And believe it or not, I used to be a fan of Honda. But no more. I have nothing but contempt for what they have become.
Try your local library for a Haynes or Clymer manual. I was able to find the Clymer manual at my local library, and it would be all I needed to rebuild an engine with. If you ever do find a "downloadable" manual, I suggest copying it to CD ASAP. I have lost data from computer crashes several times, and now back up everything to CD or DVD. Jerry.

Unfortunately you are not going to find such a thing with Honda. 2 other motorcycle forums I belong to (2 Kawasaki and 1 Yamaha) offer free downloadable manuals legally. You can spend hours searching the internet, and might turn up something, once in a while someone will put up something, they very quickly get a legal threat from Honda, and immediately take it down.
I personally would not recommend buying any new manuals from Honda, because of their policies, and because they want to much for their manuals. Look for a Clymer manual at the library, or look for a used Honda service manual on eBay. You really only need the service manual, there is nothing much in the owners manual other than "see your Honda dealer" on every page. If you really want the owners manual, you can usually find them on eBay as well. But first look in the tool compartment on the right side of the bike, just behind and below the side cover. The bikes key opens it. The owners manual might already be in there. Jerry.
