Forward Controls 2nd Generation 250

This appears to be one of the few, or only, place that sells them: FORWARD CONTROL KITS WITH ALUMINUM FOLDING FOOTPEGS 80 MM - Forward Controls Rebel CA 125/250 - HM2041PCA1

Those would be sweet, would love to have them. At that price, the wife would love to punch me in the face too.

That's allot of moola for 3" forward movement.

More like it...

I thought MAPAM quit making those a couple of years ago. Some places still advertise them as stock but try to buy them and find out there are none. Must be some NOS.

I see the second site specifies they are MAPAMs. I too thought they were all long gone. I clicked on the contact button on the first site and drew a blank. Will try to call the 800 number on Zep's site Monday and see if they still offer them. Unless someone wants to order a set!

I pulled out my credit card and started the ordering process, but then thought twice about ordering them. The amount of work and adjustment for three inches of possible improvement are what slowed me down. I am thinking "All I really need is somewhere to rest my feet when I am cruising on the highway." this is not the solution. Nice to have but not really what fits my needs.

I checked both sites. The first says they are no longer available and the other goes nowhere when I tried to order.

Funny, it lets me get to the page for putting in my credit card (Second site), but it has a button that says Please click to continue shopping for your brackets. Does it mean this product does not ship with the brackets? or does it mean for some saddlebags you will need brackets. I am really not ready to spend 344.00 today, but if I were, I would want all of the parts to install it. Looks Like I could order it today though, just need to give them my Credit Card Number or my PayPal
