hi. after the long winter, my battery is dead. i want to charge it but....i'm not sure if it is a 6 volt or 12 volt battery?
help??

hi Andie,

Assuming you are talking about a Rebel, then your battery is 12v. A little advice is to only use a slow charger, such as a Battery Tender (available at WalMart for abut $20), plus you will have this to use as a battery maintainer for those longer periods when you aren't riding.

+1 on the Battery Tender. By far a sound investment for any motorcycle out there. I have one for each bike and hook it up at night regardless if the battery needs it or not. Peace of mind for a low price.
