Adjusting toe/foot shifter?

Wanted to see if I could easily raise the shift lever (and inch or 2) so that I wouldnt have to bend my foot 45 degrees towards the ground to get under it to upshift!

Any help and pointers would be appreciated.

Remove the 10mm. bolt that clamps it together, pull it off and locate it in the desired position, reinstall the bolt. Easy enough?

I would add: Do not over-tighten, use a. tiny drop of lockite blue on the threads of the bolt, to keep it from coming loose.

If you loosen both 10mm nuts the shift rod can be turned to adjust shifter height. One has right hand threads and the other left.
If you remove the rear arm to adjust you will likely mess up the arm geometry.
