Hello all. I recently purchased a Rebel 250 bobber and I love it! This is my first bike and I am excited about learning more about riding. The bike is a 04 Rebel that has been converted to a bobber.

Welcome CoryLA. Nice bike.

Welcome. Nice bike. I saw one very similar to it on Phoenix Craigslist. Not sure I could live with those bars. I would probably install ape hangers or at least drag bars instead. But then I'm an old guy with arthritis. Jerry.

I am a tall guy, 6'1 and the bars work for me. I'm actually suprised at how comfortable the bike is for me, all things considered.

That's a long bike, much longer than a stock Rebel. I also notice it's a hardtail, built with what looks like a lengthened swingarm. Is the rear end bolted together, or welded together? The reason I ask is that some Rebels that were converted into hardtails simply by replacing the shocks with bolt on solid struts have had their swingarms break. The Rebel swingarm is fairly weak, although your bike looks like it has some decent triangulation on the rear.
Also, am I seeing things, or is the exhaust and the brake pedal arm sitting flat on the ground? How much cornering clearance does it have? Jerry.
