1982 Honda CM250 860 original miles
My friend and I hopped in the Subaru yesterday morning and drove down to Scranton, PA from my home in Northern NY. I picked up my Ebay find, a 1982 Honda CM250 with 860 original miles and rode it the 250 miles back home. It ran perfectly and sipped gas at the rate of 80 MPG. I love this bike!!!

Welcome aboard
That is a beautiful example of a CM250.
It almost a pity to ride it, it could be in a museum.

Gorgeous bike. I'd love to have one like it. If you ever decide to change anything, I'll swap you an '09 sidestand for your centerstand. I'll even pay shipping both ways!

I would ride it, but very carefully. I wouldn't use it for daily transportation. I would keep it in my living room, where my Rebel is now. And I certainly wouldn't modify it. Cutting up junk is one thing, but that ain't junk, and their can't be many left in that condition. That's exactly what I paid for my '04 Rebel with 4,000 miles.
Oh BTW, welcome to the forum. Jerry.
