Looking pretty good.

Just one Q --- why not powdercoat the frame too? It's more durable for banging wrenches against than paint.

Alrighty, got a little more work done.

Sanded and painted the forks


Powdercoated and drilled some holes in the levers.


Yanked the wheels apart. Before pics.

Yeah, the wheels and forks look great. Not sure about drilling holes in the levers. Seems like it could cause the levers to break, possibly at a critical time. I used to break stock levers on dirt bikes, until I learned to loosen the perch mounting screws just a little, then they just rotated on the bars instead of breaking. Most modern levers are designed to bend quite a bit before breaking, but I don't know with holes in them. Jerry.
