I was just going to pickup a stock fender off ebay and take a cutting wheel to it.

i tried that it wasnt really suited for ny weather and besides im considering mounting it to the swing arm

I used the fender from a 125 shadow, had to spacer the Chrome support but worked really well wet weather proof too but mayb overkill for a bobber, plastic thou so wud easily cut down.

i used a stock rebel fender, just sectioned it about 7 inches, still have a little fender for protection from the weather, just looks way better, and gets rid of the mounts for the stock taillight, rear seat...

It would make matching front and rear fenders. Perfect for use with the new WWW tires.
