Anybody out there know where to get a set of handle bar risers to replace the stock ones on a 450 that give an extra 1-2" of height? I saw Cagie was lucky enough to get a custom set made, is there an aftermarket option available?

Problem is that most you can find are for 1" bars.

Not sure if something like this would work for you since you say you just want to raise the bars a little...

That is exactly what I have on my Yamaha XT225 DP bike. They will work if the bolt spacing between the top bolt and the bottom bolt is the same. If they won't work, you could always just get some slightly taller bars. You have very little room to raise the bars, because of the wiring, cables, and brake hose.

I would love to put tall (max legal height in my state) ape hangers on my 250, but I want to do it all with store bought parts, nothing home fabricated except extending the wiring. I figured the cost of the bars, custom cables, and custom brake hose at around $250. It will happen, just not right away. Jerry.
