LOVE that two tone look on these bikes.
Those were predominantly imports, no?
Either way, I think they look great. If they offered a two-tone paint scheme on the new ones I'd have bought one for sure.

Thanks, Medic. I saw this bike back in January and just had to have it (I'm one of those folks who like to have things that nobody else does). Aside from it having the two-tone tank, this '96 Rebel looks like the day it came off the showroom floor. The previous owner bought it for his wife to ride. He has 3 Harleys.
If you ever get the urge to move up to a slightly bigger bike, the Suzuki Boulevard S40 has a red/white color option very similar to the '96 Rebel.

Well congrats, sounds like a great find!
Funny, I was already eyeballing the S40 as a next bike. Hahaha I got some time though

Obviously the 450 Rebel is far more rare, but the Harleys have that patented sound...

Mine is a 93 250 classic imported from Japan in 2000 as far as I was aware they weren't manufactured in '93 did they mix up the paperwork or am I missing something?
