What is the best way to seal up a spoked wheel so I can go tubeless??

No can do........your Reb wheel probably has either 36 or 40 spokes (2 main styles from years ago, before the 60, 80 spokes and more on some newer wheels)

Each spoke runs thru the rim, which means 36 or 40 areas that aren't air tight, plus the need for a tubeless valve stem. Theoretically, you could weld the spoke holes and add a tubeless valve stem, but it simply wouldn't be practical.......If you ever needed to replace a broken spoke, it'd be near impossible......and all the welds would throw the wheel way off balance.......

I realy wasn't thinking about welding. More along the line of bed liner or liquid latex like I used to use to waterproof electrical on boats.?

Honestly don't think it'd be a good idea........there'd be varying air pressures (cold tire/hot tire) as well as vibration, bumps, etc.........if even one sealed spoke gave way, you'd be stranded and would have to end up putting a tube inside........the opposite of what you'd be trying to accomplish in the first place

yeah, not a good idea, I think it's just a bit too dangerous. Only a few manufacturers make tubeless spoked wheels, BMW, Moto Guzzi and some trials bikes (only on the rear). On all these the spokes don't go into the rim. It can be forced down possibly and act like a puncture.

^ Don't have to pull the tire off the rim to fix most flats, Ride On added to a tubeless tire seals tread punctures up to 1/4" in diameter. Ride On in a tube isn't as effective because they tend to rip when puntured by larger objects.
