"Uploaded Image(s):
You are allowed a preset number of images. Once that limit is reached, you will no longer be able to upload. Delete existing pictures to regain upload ability." It doesn't say what the file size limit is, and I don't know if that means you can post a couple larger files than the image host allows. I'm sure some of those who have posted lots of images can tell you. Most of the pictures I've posted have been linked into posts rather than my profile. My profile pics are jpegs, about 3 x 5 or less.

yeah, i built that this past winter and my dad painted it. its a 2001 vstar 650, and it was starting to look a little ruff. so i just got tired of it lookin like crap and tore it down and went to work on it. my wife got mad at me when i sold it, but i made a profit on it, so dadgum i couldnt turn down good money. plus, i was starting to get bored with it anyway.

yeah, alot of work. but that was half the fun. my dad has been painting planes for as long as i can remember, so i new he would do a nice job. i started that project in about oct. 2008, and i think we got it done about march this year. but i was working on that sucker every time i could. i will probably be that way with this rebel. but this time i will go with a different style. like i said, probably CAFE RACER style. i have always loved those style bikes and never had one. i guess its about time huh.

It looks like you can build whatever you want. Cafe would be fun to do. I'd like to try a project like that myself, but I'm going to have to work my way up to it.

what most people dont realize is that most of the time its not that hard to do something you want. it may take some people a little longer to do something, but if they set their mind to it, they can do it. dang, i sound like i'm preaching dont i? but, i have mostly just normal tools and i did that to my bike.i think alot of people can do it, they just dont realize it yet. and thanks for thinking it looks good, it certainly looks better than it did. i wish i would have took some before pics. i may have, i'll try to find some and put them with it.

I intend to do a serious restoration when the opportunity presents itself. My current bike is my one and only, and it's still new (6000 miles) I'm not about to take a torch to it just cuz. Sooner or later, I'll come across something that is taking up space and I can use as a project. When I find it, I'll start the learning process. It will no doubt take a long time, but it will be very satisfying.
