The part about the cars reminds me of a "sleeper" that my 2nd cousin built. He & his Father are into restoring the old Model T's & Model A's, but my cousin is also a Ford gearhead to the max! (His brother is into MoPar) Anyways, he took a plain-jane, bone-stock looking PINTO, cut the engine compartment to install a 305ci motor, had to cut & re-weld the oil pan to fit around the framework, placed the battery in the trunk as there wasn't any room in the engine compartment & then beefed up the suspension (unseen when simply looking at the car) He took me for a ride in it & that baby COOKED! He told me he'd show up at the local Hot Rod Night on Fridays where he lived & blow the doors off unsuspecting drivers who thought his "little" Pinto was easy pickins, ROTFLMAO!
