I am 100% against helmet laws, but 100% for helmets. I am 100% against seatbelt laws, and split about 50/50 on seatbelt use. I am 200% against any kind of emissions laws. LEGALIZE FREEDOM!!!! Jerry.

I don't mind making helmet use a matter of personal choice. I do object to being required to support the injured with my tax dollars because of the choice they made. Louisiana offers free medical care.
