lol good story, and where do you get these "ride bells" this sounds like a story I heard about the teamsters and their wagons....if a teamster had to ask for help, he had to give up his bells!

Me too. Do you want it to be a surprise, or do you have some guidelines (size, shape, etc.)? I've got two bikes, so I'd like to find two folks or someone else who wants two! Ride bells are usually pretty small, but I suppose you could use a cowbell if you wanted. Send me a private message (click on my name here) and we'll work out the details.

WooHoo! My bell arrived today. Thanks, flitecontrol! Fittingly, it is a Rebel bell. Yours should arrive by tomorrow, if it didn't today.

Did it arrive yet? I ordered it on the 6th. They emailed me on the 12th, saying that it was shipped on the 9th. If it isn't there yet, I need to contact them.
"Thanks for the order. Your order shipped 2/10/09 via US Postal Service. Again Thanks for the order and sorry for the delay. Janet Rude Dog Leather http://www.rudedogleather.com"

So I have heard of ride bells before. They are for good luck right? I don't know where to get them though.
