Chopper Rick wrote: "Real true underground builders that build cool bikes that actually get ridden."....Amen to that, Brother! When it comes to bikes, it's all good, but I've been starting to wonder how many folks who actually do stock restorations of classic motorcycles of whatever make actually RIDE 'em. They might have thousands of $$$ invested in the resto & that's their perogative & a restored classic is beautiful, but do they ride 'em or simply keep them for display ? I dunno...
It's the home-builder, the guys who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty doing regular maintainence & repairs that I believe have an ultimate goal in mind.....to RIDE those suckers!

Chopper Rick, Sorry for my little rant in the first post & thanx very much for those DVD recommendations. I'm pretty sure you directed us to the website that carried the 1st DVD mentioned & if I'm remembering correctly, I'd said at the time it would be a must-have item once we got past the Christmas gift buying.
I'd kept that DVD in mind & was also hoping to get another tattoo that I'd been putting off for years now, but it looks like both will have to wait a bit longer as I'm trying to add enough to the ol' "Bike Fund" to be ready to score another 450 Rebel at the right price when one comes along
