Cut and fit the lower hardtail rails. Drilled them and the frame to plug weld. Installed my frame plugs and tacked welded them in. Lined up my rails and tacked them in place and am calling it quits for the day. Well the next two actually! Frame is starting to take its shape.

Cut and fit the top rails of the hardtail. I had them tacked in place and cut the swingarm out. Last this bike will see of it. Welded the rails in place and made the seat post crossbar. Nailed that in there too. I still have to make the rear motor mounts, 2 crossbars and finish welding all the stuff up. But, heres how she sits. Bikes gettin long.....

Long, indeed. That bike is not going to resemble a stock Rebel very much when it's done.

Made the rear upper motor mounts today out of some left over 1 1/4" DOM tubing and some 1/4" steel plate. Welded them in place and started grinding some of the welds. Still need to make the upper and lower crossbars for the hardtail, but called it a night.

Had some time today and made the rear hard tail crossbars and got them welded in place. Decided to add an arched backbone brace as well to compliment the front neck arch. Turned out better than I expected! Tank should be here Thursday. Going to add a Chinese part to my bike care of Johnny Pag.
