Shocks Position

Does anyone know how to move the shocks from setting 1 to setting 5 ?

Some turn them clockwise by hand, but they also probably have the forearms of Popeye, LOL! You could get a shock adjusting tool to make life easier or even use a strap-wrench, positioning the desired # to line up with the arrow.
