 Where is everyone, it's been so quiet here lately I was wondering if everyone quit, :D Ah maybe they're out rideing.

I have been staying busy with some new online projects the last few weeks, along with developing a new website for my hometown.
Not had much time to ride or anything else, its either in front of a computer or behind the airbrush, no free time for anything else at the moment.

I am a teacher and school is starting back so I dont have much idle time. Hopefully in a couple of weeks I will have some extra time.

Yep, the boards traditionally slow down considerably during the riding season. I actually got more consistent saddle-time in this past winter than I have since getting back from vacation, LMAO!
Having to keep a flexible schedule, put projects on hold, but it's temporary, fun & still bike-related, so no complaints here. Looking forward to getting back on track here soon so's I can get the Reb up & running again. The Trumpet project was torn down as far as I intended before this break, so that'll be a matter of going back up towards completion & there's still plenty of good weather ahead to get that done.

I work in the local technology center, we just started back, so I'm getting back in the grind again. Every year, I get a little older, but the kids are always 16.

Been staying busy with my daughter....and have a possible new project that I am trying to negotiate :) . Been doing "some" riding, even though it is not as much as I like!
I was putting up a fence and too tired to post.
On vacation with my boys....had to use the truck....went to Philly, Queens and Charlotte, N.C.....long road trip....took in some Baseball, Bowling, Movies and Swimming....great to be back on my Rebel again!!!

(I'm busy replacing the brake system (going to higher volume MC and stainless steel) on a CX500C, putting on new head gaskets, new tires, new h-bars, and such. Turning it into a bit of a cafe racer.
A bit like varnishing a turd, but dang, its fun to ride!)

Sidetracked with Environmental Committee duties; basically there is a high sulfate plume encroaching upon community water wells.
Latest item for analysis is a 351 page mediation proposal by the mining company's consultant. Lots of boiler plate and dang little site specific info/work description.

Ridin' Season!!! Most times it is lower in the summer/fall seasons when it is beautiful out. I have noticed that it has been slower and even I have not posted as much as I have in the past.

Well, i've been out riding ofcourse
and i've also been hanging arround on a norwegian forum..
I have started a new projeckt too btw. I'm restoring a -73 bug. Still haven't begun on the car itself, but I've come a long way on the engine....The first engine wich is going in the car is a 1600 engine. This one will be stock. When i get the car back from it's storage place, i will put in the 1600 engine, and use it while i build a 1915 engine based on the 1300 engine currently sitting in the car. The car itself is being lowerd and new rims + paint-job...
