Went by the local Victory dealer the other day, the KingPin below is singing sweet music in my ear! Anybody got any thoughts or stories on Victory motorcycles? Price is good, less than $12 grand out the door, brand new.

I have a friend who works at a victory dealership, I've been able to ride them all, I like the kingpin and the vegas. They a unique sound and look about the engine. They ride nice and would make a nice bike in the stable (beside the rebel  )

Have been to the local Victory dealership as well. Haven't heard any complaints about their line of bikes & they're selling fairly well. Customer service is supposed to be pretty solid.

My buddy describes them as American made with jap reliability. He swears there built right, but at the same time thats where his paycheck comes from.

Victory is also part of a huge outfit (Victory/Polaris) & they seem to have the necessary funding to do it up right. There's a few Techs at the local Victory dealership who used to work at an H-D dealership & they seem happier where they're at now. Part the reason for that is that they feel Victory is providing a good product, which makes their job easier & cuts down on the headaches from unhappy customers.

I've read several reviews on the Kingpin... Much faster than a v twin, lighter in weight than a fatboy, several thou cheaper than anything with HD on it bigger than a Sportster. Also, great handling, and super good ride. One thing I do like especally, the new Kingpin comes with a 6 speed, true overdrive. It's gotta smooth at speed! Almost wish I could find something wrong with it so I won't have to fight the temptation so bad.

You're right, they ARE good bikes!

There's no need to fight the temptation so bad......just go for it! ROTFLMAO!
