Honda Rebel Gas Mileage

I've read elsewhere that a Rebel 250 approaches 70 mpg, which seems pretty good. For those that own a Rebel 450, which kind of gas mileage do you typically get?

I have a friend whos 450 gets 60 to 70 mpg, but I think he may done some mods to achieve this.

I believe that my 450 gets about 55-60mpg. When I first started riding I was not as aggressive through the gears and mileage was closer to 65mpg.
