does anybodey know of a company (in california) that sells forward controlls for the rebel (not highway controlls) ? Or would it be better for me to fabrikate them from scratch?

There are a few companies that sell them, but most are overseas. I have bgeun work on a set of forward controls, I hope to get the finished once the weather warms up.

There is a company that sells forward controls for the Rebel. The name of the company is bikercom.com. I thought it was located in Europe. When I went to the web site, here is the address it forwarded to:
http://ssl.webhouse.es/WebCommerce/Sistema/100000/inicio.asp?MiTienda=100420&MiIdioma=EN.
They stock the forward controls. Good luck.

thanks for the tip, but it looks a little to expensive to me. considering that shipping by ups isnt exatly cheap. I resently bought some stuff on jpcycles and i payed more for the shipping than for the parts. But i can make my own too, and it will only cost me some hard work. :)

I'm going to start making some forwardcontrolls . They will only move the pegs about an inch or two forward , it's really just an excuse to use the cnc lathe @ school  The pegs will be made from aluminum, and the forward-plates in steel...

Nothing is fabrikated yet, but they will(cant promise anything) hopefully be finished by next week

I've just finished the shifter side. The fotpeg is going to be shortend, and the design is going to be a bit simpler than I first thought.

You see, I cant call myself an expert with the CNC lathe. My teachers don't know anything more that i do either :lol:So the design has got to be simpler

Intead of the "radius" I'm going to mill out groves and paint the groves black.
