Custom seat and springs

Hello everybody!

I just introduced myself in the introduction, but now I'm looking for some help with a custom seat and springs. I just wanted to know what exactly I'll need other than the custom seat itself and of course the springs. I've seen many pictures with rebels that have this set up and I like it a lot. I just don't know what I need. Are there any sort of instruction online that would help? Do i need some special brackets? Please help.

Really the seat and springs are about it, you will have to be a touch creative with the mounting, the "02 rebel I put the spring seat on last year had a piece of flat steel on each side of the frame at the rear of the seat area that I was able to drill through and mount the seat springs, I was also able to mount the front bracket to the gas tank mount, it only took about 15 minutes to get it out of the box and on the bike. The seat on the other hand was about $200.00
