Grips

I am thinking about trying a pair of soft foam grips. More for the fatter grip than anything else. I have long fingers and am thinking they would make for a little more relaxed grip on the handle bars. Has anybody tried them? JC Whitney has them for $6.95.

Sounds similar to dirt bike grips, I would have to say they might be fairly comfortable. just make sure they are for 7/8" bars

Thanks for the input and reminder of handlebar size. Although in this case it would be hard to go wrong as they only have one size and that is 7/8". Am unfamilar with the todays dirtbikes. My dirtbike experence ended in the 60s and back then a lot of us were rideing stripped down street bikes. Mine was a BSA thumper 500. Dirtbikes have come a long ways since then. Anyway I think I just might order a pair of those grips.

For that price, I would say you cant go wrong. And you just might find something not to many have thought of.
