Bent forks?

I recently bought a used rebel 450 and didnt notice till I got it on the road that the front wheel doesnt track with the rest of the bike. its like 5 or so degrees off from the handle bars. Anyone ever hear of this before? I feel ike an idiot but you wouldnt notice it till you were running down the road.
