I have a 83 CM250C and was wondering if parts from a rebel would fit. I am having a hard time finding a tank for my bike and noticed it is easier to find rebel stuff. Will things like exhaust and the tank fit my bike if my bike was modified a little, has anyone done this before and what year rebel would be my closest match? thank you very much for any help to get me riding.

You could measure the distance between the front and rear mounting points as well as the width between the front points and cross check that with the tank of a rebel to see if it would be a bolt on, I kind of doubt it, but its still possible.

Thanks man, do you have the measurements from the rebel? Do you know if the exhaust is the same?
