The Honda Rebel 250 near Athens, GA.
The bike was purchased last year by me. There is no title, one is not needed on a motorcycle this old in Georgia. I will write a bill of sale and send the tag receipt which is all that is required in Georgia. Out of state, you will have to check with your DMV to see if a bill of sale and tag receipt is good enough for a 1985 model.
The drivers seat has some rips, but can be used as is. Gas tank has a few dents and a couple of spots of cosmetic rust on the outside, but the inside is clean and rust free. Chrome has some rust as to be expected with this model bike. The bike does not look ever to be wrecked, but has some scratches and dings from being dropped over the years (all minor). Everything looks original, except it has new mirrors. There are the normal dings and scratches from being dropped sitting still or low speed driving, but no damage other than the scratching and dings.
Mechanically it is great. It is cold natured like all older bikes. You have to let it warm up for a couple of minutes when is it cold outside. When it is warmer outside, you only have to let it warm up less than a minute. Tires have good tread. Cranks easily, no smoke, shifts good, overall a great bike for the price. There are no leaks. Cranks easy, quick and every time.
