I have a 1986 rebel with a sissy bar and no pad. I'd like to put one on. Anybody have an extra?
I have a original honda sissy bar, and I removed the pad (looks better to me) But the pad would need recovering. Might not be what you are looking for, but it all I have. someone else may have something better.
Thanks

I'll keep it in mind, but I think I'll try to find one in good shape that I can just put on. I've other things to put my time into besides re-covering a back rest. Thanks for the reply, though.
I had forgot about posting the back pad here, I took it and had it recovered at my buddys trim shop. He gave me a good deal on the re-cover $15, so I will probably put it back on the sissy bar and sell the whole unit.

If it will fit my 86 450 I may be interested. Got any pics, price?
Not sure if it will fit the 450, gearjammer may be able to provide some insight, he's one of the lucky ones  he's had both the 250 and 450.

Unfortunately, I'm no expert on either one, LMAO!!!
The rear fenders are definitely different sizes & I'd assume that the fender struts are different as well, relative to the up-scale figures. (No longer have the 250 here to be able to compare 'em)
If someone else knows for sure, hopefully they'll chime in. If not, it's possible that you can both measure & compare notes to see whether or not it'll fit.

CTC,
Fender strut to fender strut is 8.5" wide for my 450. As I write this, I forgot to do the Center to Center for the bolt holes. :(
This thing measures 9" wide but thats spring tension, it should be 8 1/2" bolted down.
the bolt hole are 6 9/16" on center.

Snorebaby: The 250 sissy bar WILL fit the 450, you just have to spred it out a bit. They are the same for both bikes.

How much wider are the rear fenders, it cant be more than 1" I have a 450 rear fender somewhere, I will round it up and compare the two.

Yep all are the same, they only made ONE sissy bar to fit both bikes.
