front rotor warped!!!

I have a 99 rebel 250 with a warped front rotor. I can't seem to get the thing to adjust properly and I'm just about positive that it is warped. Can the rebel rotor be turned??? I've never done this to a bike but should a machine shop be able to do something like that or is it new rotor time??? Thanks in advance,

I would think it could be turned o.k., but I would pull it off and take it to a place with a brake lathe, have them spin it, and see just how much runout there is on it. If it's just a titch, I'm sure they could turn it.
