Help! Loose handlebar on my '06 Rebel!

A week ago, I noticed that my handlebars on my Rebel were starting to feel loose. Now, they move around quite a bit, with just a little bit of pressure. How do you tighten them up? I noticed the 4 bolt looking things on the front, but they are completely round, and I am not sure how to remove them, if I am even supposed to be able to. Are there screws under those round covers? Any help would be appreciated before I go to the shop with it.

You're right on the money! ;)

Those are plastic caps covering allen head bolts for tightening the handlebars. Those caps are fairly weak, so c-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-y pry 'em off with a small screwdriver. Position the bars where you want 'em, then tighten up those allen head bolts good 'n snug.....bingo! Snap caps into place & enjoy the ride! ;)
