ok, my boyfriend just bought a 1985 rebel250. it didn't come with passenger seats so i'm searching for one for him. does anyone know if it matters what year the seat comes from? please help.:D

Nope. I just bought seats from an '02 and stuck em on my '85. Fit like a glove!
