I just bought a new 07 Honda Rebel and just love it. However, I have added a sissy bar and a rack to the back. Now the right turn signal doesn't work. When I'm in the garage I hear a buzzing sound when I flip the switch but the right turn signal won't blink. Do you think it could be a bulb or something a little more complicated? I bought this bike from a dealer over 100 miles from my home and I don't want to return it for repairs if I can handle it. Any advise would be most welcomed. Thanks!

Hey, Dennis, I would just check the bulbs first. The buzzer is a factory-installed item (I think) because mine does it, too. Just a little reminder your signal is on.

Welcome aboard, Dennis.....

Is it just the right rear turn signal or both right front and rear turn signals that aren't working ? Did you install the sissy bar & rack or did the dealer install it ?

I'm in agreement with b4v4 on checking the bulbs first. If the bulbs check out, then I'd check the wiring to insure that none are pinched or un-plugged, especially if those items were a dealer install......stranger things have happened & being the paranoid type that I am, this is one reason that I prefer to do as much work on my own bike as possible.

NOT saying that this is the case, but picuture this: Dealer techs are installing the sissy bar & rack, say to themselves...."Hmmm......if we just un-plug this wire right here, we'll have some return business"

Bulbs certainly can burn out, but considering that it's an '07, it just seems less likely, not impossible, but less likely.......
